Before founding TKMC, Tiffany built a career that most people wouldn't believe belongs to one person. She has designed hardware systems as an engineer, led high-stakes investigations as an FBI Supervisory Special Agent, managed enterprise-level technology programs, shaped curriculum as a certified career technical instructor, and coached individuals toward healthier, more sustainable ways of living and leading.
That breadth isn't a footnote. It's the foundation on which TKMC was built.
Tiffany’s broad professional experience gives her a rare ability to meet organizations where they are, understand how complex systems actually function, and identify the specific gaps between intention and execution. She learned early on in her professional career that organizations cannot perform at their highest level when strategy, operations, and culture are out of alignment.
Her approach is practical, direct, and human. She doesn't just help organizations plan. She helps them perform.
