Prior to founding TKMartin Consulting, Tiffany successfully served as a hardware design engineer, Special Agent and Supervisory Agent for the FBI, technical program manager, certified career technical instructor, high school teacher, and a Health, Fitness and Wellness Coach. As a result of her multi-faceted career, Tiffany has seen first-hand how critical it is for organizations and individuals to align their words and actions with their desired outcomes in order to achieve operational and personal success.
Tiffany specializes in operational, organizational and functional performance. She is passionate about helping organizations and leaders identify and implement shifts that lead to targeted outcomes.
Tiffany understands the importance of cultivating an internal business culture where diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are integrated into business operations. Tiffany believes the key to optimizing organizational performance is to recognize the value of diversity and to create spaces where all staff, members and stakeholders are valued contributors who feel safe, heard, acknowledged, respected and comfortable.
